What is included if I purchase a $900 ticket for my plus one?
Your plus-1 receives the same package as your ticket, less flights and room - any excursions or activities, live music, pool cabana access, dinners, etc.
I purchase only one day or one dinner for my plus one?
No. There are no discounts or partial tickets offered.
Are there any savings if I bring a Fellow Agent?
Yes! The "Bring a Fellow Agent" discount is $2700 was just announced and includes everything IRL—all activities, dining, entertainment, and room stays at the Hyatt for two days. See us for details.
Are meals included?
Dinner and drinks for Thursday and Friday evenings are included. Breakfast and lunch may be provided by various excursions you sign up for, however, anything additional at the Hyatt or elsewhere is at your expense.
Can we still attend if we stay off-site?
Yes, of course. You are welcome to stay at home on Kauai or overnight wherever you like at your expense and convenience.
Can we get a discounted rate if we stay off-site?
No. The $1800 ticket price is an all-inclusive rate whether you partake in all that is included with it or not.
Are children welcome?
The event is adults-only (ages 21+).
How do I dress for the Gala Friday evening?
Formal. I know, I know. “But what is formal in Hawaii?!” You know, formal—for here. Not city kine, but nice. It’s fun to dress up now and then!
Can I come over on Wednesday (the day before)?
Yes, we have secured rooms and are allowing that option on Eventbrite. You can enjoy the Hyatt and Kauai and there will be a special speaking session tailored for Hawai‘i Life agents.
Is this a tax-deductible event? Er, expense?
Yes. IRL may be the most fun tax-deductible expense you will have this year!

Do I get to go on ALL of the listed excursions and activities?
No, The activities that you'll do depends on what your travel timing allows but registrants will likely do two excursions (1 might be onsite or close by and the alternate day be offsite) (See Excursions Here)
What if I am not an “active” person? Are there things for me?
The Hyatt and Kauai is a playground but, yes — we will have Poolside and Oceanside Cabanas, A tour in Sprinter Vans up to Kokee on Thursday, lawn games all day every day, CLL event is happening at Alakoko Fishpond — and most folks agree that the Na Pali boat sail, while adventurous is pretty relaxed. Do I get a refund if I do not go to activities?
No
Do I get to choose who I go on activities with?
No (unless it is your Plus1)
What are the times of these activities?
Times will be listed on the website. We are posting times next week!
Will my +1 be on the same excursions with me?
Yes (We'll be asking this question in the poll that we send out about excursion choices/preferences). Registrants will pick the top 4 choices for excursions/activities and Team IRL will place them in specific groups. Once finalized, we'll send out an itinerary and info!

There is a very good chance.
Will you witness the dance moves of top-performing sales peers?
We already have two great music acts booked. Dancing is optional but you never know what will happen.
